Leone and I met a few years ago, in our mutually favourite car mechanics waiting room. We talked for hours, giggling like old friends, although I wondered, almost as soon as we began chatting, what this woman with the dynamite laugh, did for a living? Either a writer or an actress I thought. Wrong. A realtor she said, after I got up the courage to ask. Now that was a surprise.

We had been talking for a long time, about a variety of subjects, yet she didn’t ever get into that scary, PR/Marketing mode. She was just passing the time, as I was, waiting for the car doctor to work his magic.

Leone wasn’t aware I had been thinking about selling my home but I instinctively knew that I could work with her as I was obviously enjoying her company, quick wit and her view of life. Most of all, I realized I would be able to trust her judgment. After all, don't we patronize the best mechanic in the city?

My initial gut feeling was right. We worked together for months, looking at houses and staging mine. To say that she was patient, in tune with the market, while always considering my best interests is an understatement. Leone King not only does the job in the best professional way but she actually provides, just as her card says, the ‘royal treatment’.
